Refund and Return Policy
At Revive Battery, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy below:
1. Returns
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Custom battery regeneration services are non-refundable after completion.
To be eligible for a return, customers must take a video of the unboxing upon receiving the shipment. This ensures any claims of damage or faults during delivery can be verified. Returns will not be entertained in cases of customer negligence. Please contact us for assistance for the same
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Exchanges
We replace defective products within the warranty period. Exchanges will only be entertained if the unboxing video is taken and shared with our team to verify the issue.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we have made an error.
5. Customs and Duties
While our prices include taxes for Europe, customers outside of the European Union are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Revive Battery is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from customs processing.
6. Act of God Clause
In the event of natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery delays may occur. The company will ensure that customer deliveries are fulfilled as soon as conditions allow. Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by such events, but the order will be fulfilled.
